Is there a scholarship available for delegates?

Yes, a limited number of scholarships are available for eligible students, reasearch scholars and delegates.

Should I include my name on the abstract during registration?

No, please do not include your name or any identifying details on the abstract at the time of registration. This ensures a fair and anonymous review process.

Who is eligible to apply for the scholarship?

The conference registration form has the option to apply for scholarship. To be considered for the scholarship, you must:

Be an avid researcher
Be under 35 years of age
Submit a copy of your CV and samples of your best papers
Preference will be given to applicants from developing countries

Can I attend only the Pre-Conference workshops, without attending the conference?

No. Only the delegates of the conference will be allowed to attend the Pre-Conference workshops.

Can I attend more than one Pre-conference workshop?

No, attending multiple workshops is not possible, as all Pre-conference workshops will be conducted parallely. You can register for one pre-conference workshop of your choice.

What is the fee for the Pre-Conference Workshop?

The Fee details of the Pre-Conference workshop are as follows:

SAARC Countries Participant: 80/- USD
International Participant: 100/- USD
